**All orders ship from the United States**

We want your online experience to be pleasant, simple and successful. To this end, we have created a simple delivery and payment procedure to make your life easy.

For payment, you have 2 choices, either by credit card or by Paypal.  We accept credit cards Visa Mastercard and American Express.  It is very important to note that there is no need to have a Paypal account to order.  No other payment method is accepted.

Delivery

We deliver almost anywhere in the world, including Canada and many countries in Europe.

Please note: We we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays, or on US holidays.

All the products are shipped from the United States. This is a shipping center that prepares and ships the packages.

However, be inform that we will not be held responsible for any issues resulting from your local customs office. If any customs charges are charged to you, these must be paid by you. No refunds will be granted for any items that will be seized by your customs office.

Contact us when you have not received your package within a reasonable time and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
